Terms and conditions

If the Attract quote is successful the following conditions apply.

• Copyright will remain with Clinet after the complete invoice is paid.

• A 25% deposit will be paid before production begins.

• Attract design is not liable for any copyright or trademark issues that may arise with supplied content.

• All intellectual property will remain the property of Attract until all invoices are paid.

• Attract reserves the right to use 3rd party software products were required.

Changes to initial brief

If Attract feels that any item requested by the client does not fit within the initial brief, the client will be notified immediately. The item will then be either quoted separately, or charged as an extra, at full hourly rates.

Clients responsibility

Before, during and after development of the web application it must be understood that no body understands your needs and expected outcomes as well as you. Therefore continuing lenience between you and Attract is needed to achieve the best possible result.

Requirements

- Most digital images/ content will be supplied by Client and be copyright free.

- All product information will be supplied by Client and be copyright free.

- Corporate identity and company styling will resemble the existing corporate identity developed by Attract.

- Client will have existing paper based or live merchant and distribution facilities.

- Site hosted with an Attract partner provider to supply e-commerce.

Quotes are established on development times estimated by project briefs. In some circumstances development times may change.
